People often call on the social scientists when they need/want someone to change their behaviour.  When those pesky ‘people’ creatures are creating barriers to getting things done.   They just want it fixed so they can move on with the ‘real’ work.   We often hear …  “it would be so much easier without having to deal with the people!”.

The Collective IQ approach to ‘the people stuff’ is a bit different from other consultancies – we understand that people are complex so providing simple linear or off the shelf solutions often isn’t the answer.

Before we offer solutions, we want to understand the problem.   We begin by talking to the people involved to gain an understanding of their different perspectives and issues.  Once we have this understanding  we will develop a tailor-made solution to address your issues, using a combination of the following:
